Conversations with Conscience.

nuraini.

20.

highly mobile & travels a lot.

has a knack of playing mind games.

Solemnly united with Md.'Athoullah At-Tamimi on 090507.

A Rebirth; a new life-with Him.

Her strife towards becoming an Alpha Female.

hush; and listen to your conscience.

See it in a new colour, hear it in a new music, every moment, every moment ;

utter a different language, smell a new fragrance, taste an unfarmiliar flavour...

every minute, every minute, is something new.

See the world as it is, because it then assumes a new complexion.

Because

simple explanations and dry rationalism fails us most of the time. Be amused, be critical.

So hush, listen to yourself;

listen intently to your thoughts.

Then, and only then,

can you be brave enough

to understand.

Understand yourself first, and then everything else will fall into place.

Nice beefs.

firstly,i feel thankful that i can use the internet at all over here.

PLUS,i even have some free time lately.so might as well get connected.

i wonder how these girls cope with all the shows all year.esp the vocalists,the penasyid.luckily our formal lessons are only in the morning.weekends are extra cramped.no wonder they increase the intake of penasyid girls this year during the auditions.there apparently isn't enough to dispatch for shows.but nvm,for God,they don't whine or complain.which is why i love these girls although we are not really of the same wavelength.well,not just yet.

it's a good thing that they semarakkan the performing arts faculty more.which means they follow the vocalists and the percussionists for shows all over malaysia.which means in their nasyid shows they have a small part put aside for their acting.

i remember hanani,the other s'porean girl,telling me that for their performance in France,they weren't allowed to use the drumset,(cos she said the Muslims there a bit tad square) so they had to make do with the conga,jembe,drabuka,bass,shaker and tamourine.luckily the girls' acapella was smooth.and Kak Khaulah,the best soloist we have,did quite an amazing job with the french nasyid.i watched the vcd.hanani said also that apparently in Paris the advertisements on the buses and in the streets are practically pornography.(but we have that in s'pore too,what kan.) i guess the whole thing about Paris being a romantic city went a bit tad too far.

and she said in London,they were singing casually in a park and people gathered to listen in.how fascinating..and in Frankfurt they made the videoclips.and in Jordan where kak khaulah performed alone with the percussionists,one guy approached them and said he has decided to revert to Islam after listening to their lyrics.so i guess these girls' jobs are pretty no joke.intense huh. the power of perjalanan roh.

my eyes are always green with envy everytime hanani shares these things about their europe nasyid tour. she's only a year younger and yet she has had all these opprtunities.she's the most unconventional s'porean friend i've ever known for now.she hardly schooled in s'pore during her childhood.always in indonesia and malaysia.out and about.her rezki.and those experiences have made her quite the woman she is right now.so tiny but so independent.but so noisy.in a cutesy way.

i will be patient for now,and hopefully,if i'm good,i will get opprtunities in my life like her,InsyaAllah.*fingers tapping on chin*

btw,did i mention that the girls kept askin if i'm staying at the academy permanently? i never answered them.cuz it's not quite up to me for now.so i don't want to disappoint anyone,therefore i don't answer them.

maybe i should shut my eyes extra tight when i ask Him.
