lucky you, i'm in the mood to blog.

i quote myself at the tagboard;
too much to tell, too many pictures to share.

but i'll try okay, for the sake of my sweetums of 'em milahtants.

okay...waddya wanna know 1st?

• what i've been up to?--busy and having sleepless nights for what reason?
• the important changes in me?- physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually?
• funny stories/ bad memories?

okay....ummm...arghhh i really seriously don't know where to start...

okay let's start with good news.

Mawaddah in Selatan has been doing well.(all praises to You & only You!!) The academy in the Selatan branch just opened for only about 6 months now, and but lately, the cultural arts faculties have been able to tackle the community. and i mean EVERY SINGLE LAPISAN MASYARAKAT.

1st big news to share: it is quite a humongous achievement for a baby academy like ours in Selatan(compared to the international achievements in Mawaddah Tengah i.e, KL academy) with amateurs like us who ain't got no experience like those of the senior/veteran kakak2 Mawaddah at KL, to perfrom in front of big distinguished leaders in Pahang, and the rest of Selatan zone for tt matter.

we started out being invited to weddings only, but we worked hard, conducting rehearsals ourlseves till the wee hours of 3.30am and then falling asleep in the auditorium and having to wake up for school at 5.30am. (haha,that was the most extreme in my record book of Rehearsal Experiences.)

some of the big achievements are:

(big,considering the fact that

1.we choreographed any acting,tarian sufi,Taridra(tarian drama),pantomime and new beats ourselves with hardly any adult supervision, and also handling the Public Relations stuff ourselves

2.big, cuz we started out choreographing performances& concerts merely for fun, not expecting that not long aft tt people from top levels of society were interested to seriously hire us for distinguished events)

• we got to perfrom in front of Setiausaha Kerajaan(S.U.K.) Pahang , THE second man in Pahang, during a lunch event at the resort. he was impressed. (And he's hiring us to perform at his son's grand wedding event this May!)

• Me representing Mawaddah to give the S.U.K a token of appreciation consisting of Mawaddah cds,vcds & mag.
• notice me stifling a laugh; he was teasing us girls abt having 'peminat' among his wolf-whistling staff.(EWWW?)

• we got to perform in front of TENGKU MAHKOTA PAHANG TWICE IN 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS--CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? AS IN MAHKOTA PAHANG'S SON!(duh.) so we hadta do the whole protocol procedures when facing him.

"ampun Tuanku, beribu-ribu ampun, patik sembah hrp diampun,izinkan patik buat sedikit persembahan.."

• we planned a mini-concert last minute-til we slept at 3.30am at the auditorium itself-: nasheed, Taridra, a Mawaddah Hari Ini segment(rancangan majalah kinda thing, with the heart-to-heart interviews and all)

• 
• the heart-to-heart interview section in Mawaddah Hari Ini that turned out funny but touching which brought the audience to tears..

• us kids-guys & gals, with few adult supervision did our debut Event Management Project- Maulidurrasul Carnival & Concert- at 2 diff places. we handled all the logistics, finding of sponsorships, funds, F&B,choreographing of concert for the final night(not to forget us ourselves performing for the concert also-theatre, and preparations like the writing of lakonan script & recording at the studio the theatre voice-over dialogue & monologue & all tt jazz till 4.30am.) tt was quite an achievement. we'll never forget the spiritual & psychological pain but sense of accomplishment involved in doin the project..*smiley sigh*

which then makes me ponder....

lately, not only did we get a chance tp perform in a school full of nelayans' kids, we also had a no. of invitations to perform at events of professors etc, as well as book launches at malls & hotels.

which makes me wonder...

with His will, not only has Mawaddah been able to spread the universal message of Cintai Tuhan Sayangi Manusia/ Love God & Care for Others catering to kampong school kids whose parents have v.low income, but it seems now we are able to bring forward Mawaddah's spirituality & intellectuality too cuz even intellects are inviting us to their functions.

thank You, Lord, we really hope You will continue to give us priceless opportunities like this & pls help us treasure them, and most importantly, treasure You.

and last but never has been the least,
